Brent WrightBrent Wright, CE, SE, LEED AP is President and CEO of the Wright family of companies. A licensed civil and structural engineer, as well as LEED accredited by the US Green Building Council, Brent has served as chief structural engineer for numerous notable projects including the Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas. Brent is a licensed professional engineer in a total of 37 states and holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in engineering from Brigham Young University. Prior to embarking on an engineering career, Brent worked ten years in his father's family-owned construction business. He currently holds a Nevada class B unlimited general contractors license. Brent was a founder and the first president of the Structural Engineers Association of Southern Nevada and is a member of the KNPR Nevada Public Radio Community Advisory Board, the Art Institute of Las Vegas Program Advisory Board, the Three Square Capital Campaign Committee, the Las Vegas Executives Association, the Las Vegas Urban Land Institute Executive Committee, and is a volunteer Boy Scout and youth leader. He and his wife Peggy have five children.

Daniel BartlettDaniel Bartlett, PE, SECB, is a founding partner and Executive Vice President of the Wright family of companies and oversees all of the firm's residential design and construction operations. He has provided design and engineering services on thousands of homes and numerous commercial properties representing millions of square feet of residential & commercial space for the leading developers, contractors, home builders. Daniel has earned a reputation as a leader in innovative residential structural engineering design. His experience includes projects ranging from optimized design of tract homes to lavish custom homes to multi-family, mixed-use developments and commercial and industrial buildings. Daniel earned a B.S. degree in engineering from the University of Utah and holds a Nevada class B unlimited general contractors license. He is active in the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association and serves as a volunteer youth sports coach. He and his wife Aimee have three children.

Daniel BartlettRingo Quintanar, Wright Custom Home, Managing Partner is one of two managing partners of Wright Custom Home. He brings over 22 years of experience as a custom home builder. Prior to joining Wright Custom Home, Ringo owned his own framing and general contracting companies where he specialized in delivering high-end custom homes. He also has extensive experience as both a project manager and as an estimator. Ringo is a former All-American in track and field in the 1,500 meters. He has coached high school and junior college track and cross country. He enjoys golf and riding his quad when time permits. He and his wife Lisa have two children.

Daniel BartlettJeff Lehr, General Contractor, is a managing partner of Wright Custom Home.  His over 27 years of hands-on experience in the building trades including concrete, framing, drywall, masonry, and finish carpentry give him added perspective to ensure that Wright builds to the highest standards.  He served several years as general manager of a publicly held framing company.  While at this company he led a team of 80 carpenters during a three-story Extreme Makeover: Home Edition house built in South Central Los Angeles.  Jeff has volunteered in youth baseball and softball and as a Cub Master for the local Scouting program.  He and his wife Miesha have three children of which the oldest is an Eagle Scout and all are very involved in the community.

He is the VP of Sales and Business Development at MS Building Services with 38 years of local trade experience. MS Building Services works in the residential commercial and industrial markets and has 41 year history in Las Vegas. MS Building Services offers concrete, wood framing, door trim, landscaping and soil haul-off. MS Building Services is a 2nd generation locally own firm, with brothers Todd and Jimmy Stephensen taking over company leadership in 2008 after the passing of their father and company founder owner

Daniel BartlettPat Hall, Select Build, Pat Hall is a native of the Pacific Northwest with 12 years of concrete, framing and finish carpentry prior to moving to Las Vegas in 1995. Here he began his new career with Knipp Brothers Ind., a large framing contractor which was purchased by BMHC IN 2000. Pat is currently a general manager at BMC West Distribution, a building material and manufactures Component Company. Pat enjoys the outdoor activities which include fishing and also spending time with his wife Ana, and daughter Jessica.
